Donald as you know I was one of the original beta testers for the ATXG4 adapters.
Originally my GigE was running an Apple Dual 500 card and was being used as a backup machine/file/iTunes server for my home network (begining in May 2006) I sold my Quicksilver last year and have been using the GigE with the ATX PS as my everyday machine without issues ever since then!

Current specs on my Gig E running OS 10.4.11 are:

480w Antec Neo PS connected via one of your [beta] adapters

Sonnet G4 @ 1.4GHz

2GB RAM

GeForce 2MX 32MB AGP w/ 19" Viewsonic A90f

Adaptec USB 2.0/Firewire Combo card with the following devices attached:

Firewire:
Apple/Pioneer 106 DVD RW in a generic FW case
NewerTech Ministack v1 w/ 500 GB Seagate
Venus AM3 w/ 320GB Maxtor
VST FW Zip250

USB:
Wacom Intuos II
Canon LIDE 30
7port Powered USB hub w/ Griffin Powermate, CF reader, Web Cam

OWC 2 port SATA card w/ 500GB Seagate & 750GB Samsung F1

Acard Ahard 6280M w/2x WD 320GB drives in RAID 0

160GB Hitachi Deskstar on built in IDE bus 1 (formatted with Intech Speed tools HiCap driver)

Samsung DL 18x DVD RW (w/LightScribe) & 100MB Zip drive on internal IDE bus 2

I have had absolutely ZERO issues with this setup and no problems at all with any transitory devices like my Canon S1 IS or numerous iPods.

Aloha, Ken
